1. You can download the patch from Patch Astra, just search for “KB5048667” and download the patch for your system. Alternatively, you can download the patch directly from the Microsoft catalog website.

Since this update is .msu based update, this action will open “Windows Update Standalone Installer”, now you just have to proceed and install the patch on your system. Restart your system to complete the patch installation.
